Delivery & Shipping

The Raw Source delivers products in the local area, based on the following criteria.

Delivery within London, Ontario

 

Orders from $25 to $150 – Delivery fee is $10
Orders $150 and Over – FREE DELIVERY

 

Delivery outside London

(St. Thomas, Woodstock, Strathroy, Ontario – within 60KMs of London)

 

Orders $100 to $250 – Delivery fee is $10

Orders $250 and Over – FREE DELIVERY

Delivery Schedule:

Monday is our delivery day. We deliver to London, St. Thomas, Sarnia and Woodstock. After your order is placed, we will contact you via email to let you know when your order will be delivered. 

Supplements Shipping:

All accessories treats, and supplements include a flat rate for shipping of $15 shipping across Canada.

Important Shipping Note :

Please leave a cooler outside in warmer weather if you are not going to be home. We are not responsible for the mishandling of products or products left unattended once they are delivered. Raw pet food should remain frozen until ready to be fed.
